I CAN PEE! Thank you – thank you – thank you!!!

I got in touch with Dr. Hudson in late June (2021), and one week later I was able to be scheduled for HoLEP laser surgery for reducing my prostate. Not sure if he can work everyone in this fast, but it worked for me! I had been using a catheter for a month, unable to urinate due to a greatly enlarged prostate. Dr. Hudson got in touch with me personally!

Dr. Hudson’s personable approach, as well as his confidence, was reassuring to me, and I thank God for how this all worked out. He is serious about what he does, and also has a welcome sense of humor and humanness about him.

After only 2 days, virtually no signs of bleeding after the surgery, and almost no pain (only a little discomfort). The healing process after the removal of a large portion of my prostate will necessitate some recuperation and an adjustment for the bladder and regular elimination functions. But my urine stream is full, with no pain, and fair control day and night.

With an operation like this, warnings have to be expressed about all sorts of possibilities, which can be unnerving or even frightening. But the reassurance of self-confidence in Dr. Hudson, along with the wonderful care at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, OK, is to be most highly commended.
